Growing up in my Grandma Garrow's hair salon was a truly enchanting experience. The vibrant energy and uplifting atmosphere made it a place where adults became childlike in their creative expression. It's incredible how creativity and service bring out the best in people, and that's where my love affair with hair began.
Early on, I discovered that to truly serve and amaze clients with cutting-edge hairstyles, continuous training and seeking inspiration are essential. Over the years, I have had the privilege of training with the industry's finest, including renowned names such as Vidal Sassoon (LA, London), Goldwell, Rusk, Grahm Webb, Pivot Point (Chicago), BioIonic, Candy Shaw, and many other brilliant creatives from around the world. I find great joy in merging the new techniques I learn with the beauty of nature, drawing inspiration from glistening sandy beaches, vibrant autumn leaves, and delicate snowflakes.
I firmly believe that success in this business isn't solely reliant on running a big fancy salon. For over 20 years, I cherished the flexibility and intimacy of operating my home-based hair studio before expanding into a full-scale salon together with my three talented daughters (you'll meet them shortly!). I used to think that an overflowing clientele was a clear sign to expand, but I've come to understand that without the right business model, it can easily lead to chaos and a disorganized mess.

As the first-born of a 4th generation family salon, my passion for hair has been lifelong. Since starting my professional career in 2007, I’ve developed a deep love for transforming my clients' hair through services like BioIonic and keratin-based straighteners and hair extensions. I’m known for my meticulous attention to detail and personalized approach, especially when it comes to clients facing hair challenges due to medical conditions like thyroid issues, chemotherapy, and nutritional imbalances. Whether it’s short-term solutions or long-term care, my goal is to restore both confidence and beauty.
Beyond hair styling, I’ve always been fascinated by the science behind hair health, which led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, a Master’s degree in Chemistry, and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences. This academic foundation allows me to approach hair not just as a stylist but as someone who understands how hair interacts with the body at a deeper level. Whether I’m customizing hair color (with a special love for blondes) or helping clients improve hair growth, I blend science and artistry to create looks that are both beautiful and healthy.
My understanding of biochemistry and how factors like metabolism, nutrition, and hormones impact hair growth enables me to create personalized strategies for healthier, fuller hair. My approach is about more than achieving the perfect look—it’s about ensuring long-term hair health.
In addition to my role as a stylist, I manage the business side of our salon, making sure both our team and clients have everything they need to succeed. I’ve completed numerous coaching programs in business and personal development, which have helped me grow in leadership, training, and strategic planning.
Clients appreciate that they can ask me about anything—from hair and health to business and personal growth. I take pride in explaining complex information in a way that honors their intelligence and empowers them to make informed decisions. Whether behind the chair, in the salon, or offering advice, my ultimate goal is to serve others with compassion, honoring God by helping people look and feel their best.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Gabby has honed her craft since completing her cosmetology program in high school. She has a passion for not only styling hair but also for mentoring the next generation of stylists. Gabby generously volunteers her time teaching advanced techniques at local vocational tech schools, helping to shape the future of the industry.
Gabby’s professional journey is fueled by a love for continuous learning. She has completed numerous advanced courses in cutting, coloring, bridal updos, men's cuts, and French cutting. Her global travels provide endless inspiration, allowing her to infuse her designs with cultural trends from around the world. One of her signature talents is creating stunning dimensional red hair color, drawing from the beauty of nature and pairing it with the perfect, custom cut.
Beyond the salon, Gabby is passionate about exploring the world and believes that travel brings people closer together. She delights in learning from the individuals she meets on her adventures, immersing herself in the unique customs and traditions of each culture. These experiences enrich her work and allow her to serve her clients with fresh ideas and a broader perspective.

She also has a love for texture services, from body waves to straighteners, using these techniques to enhance and complete any style.
